Lopen door dummies

Kustmarathon Zeeland 5 oktober 2013. Op zaterdag 5 oktober liep ik voor de vijfde keer in mijn leven een marathon. Net geen 3 jaar na mijn eerste. Ik liep hem uit in 3 uur 48. Hoe trager ik hem loop. Maar tijd zegt niet alles. Deze marathon zal ik niet snel vergeten. Nederlandse marathons zijn niet allemaal vlak. Neen, ik ben toch geen garnaalvisser gniffel ik. Daarna konden we lekker van de rest van ons wee.
